Can only speak of my own experiance obviously, but here goes:

I really like to cuddle and would do so all night, every night if given the chance. My ex-boyfriend thought I was too warm tho so... Maybe partners of equal body temp can do it while those with different ones will meet difficulty? For me the feeling of cuddling would trumph any temperature discomfort and I think it can be adjusted by means like a different blanket or an open window if both genuinly want to. Acting like it's impossible therefor inclines me to belive the problem lies with a lack of interest rather than a practicality.

Sometimes but not every night. Summer is very hot where we live there's no way we can cuddle more than 3 minutes without feeling uncomfortable. Now that the temperatures are dropping we cuddle more often. We actually been cuddling for the past three nights until morning.
