My caregiver who is married told me the other day EVERYONE cheats. Like it's no big deal. Is it true that EVERYONE cheats?

She's the helper lady that was taking my boyfriend away from me (just before he died). Her husband is disabled and stays home but he's always accusing her of cheating on him and she lies and says she isn't. Which one is it with her?

The more I think about what she did to my relationship I had with my boyfriend before she came along makes me physically want to hurt her. She sits in my living room telling me how everyone cheats these days. Well, I am from the old days and that's why I want to hurt the witch. I don't like cheater's and I don't like liars! She is pond scum!

"Everyone cheats" is the explanation people use to justify and normalize their own cheating. It doesn't mean that everyone cheats. I have been dating and in relationships since 1971 and never once cheated on a partner. I don't think I am unusual in this regard.

No. It is NOT true. Just because they do, or think it's ok, does NOT mean everyone does. It is a matter of upbringing, religion, and personal belief as to whether one does. I say, NO! If one person is NOT enough then they are not the right person to compel you to put your ALL into them.

Maybe it's because we are of the same age we were both raised that it is so wrong to cheat. We were taught to have morals and that love us special and so is trust.
It seems like all of that has changed. People don't have morals anymore. Who would be teaching them to be moral? The drag queens that are in our schools for some reason?

Sounds like she trying to justify her own behavior by saying it’s normal and expected. She trying to say “it’s okay if I cheat cause everyone else does.” It’s easier to justify behavior than talking steps to change it for some.

No, but around 50% of men will cheat at some point in their relationships and for women is around 37% who will do in their relationships at some point is the statistic I read once.

Both percentages are very high in my opinion.

Well, I have a helper lady who is married, but I didn't actually catch them in the act of sex. There were so many other clues that they were together. I think she took him away from me with all of her flirting. They both are liars! They tried to hide it from me, but it was there in my face, very obvious!

Hey girl! Shoot, It's 1:30 in the morning and I couldn't sleep. I guess I just have so much on my mind that keeps me awake.
You're right - she's still trying to torture me for some reason.
When she was here last Friday, I had some small bags of potato chips where she was sitting. She grabs a bag, like always, and rarely asks if she can. Ya know, I've been married twice The first one I really loved. The second on was the biggest A hole and I divorced him. I had boyfriend's since high school and one recently that was poisoned by Fentanyl and meth. This was three months ago that he died.
In all of my history with men, even the A hole, I never once cheated on any of them. My sister's got married at 18 until she died at 69 to the same man and never cheated on him!
We weren't raised to believe that it was ok to cheat on your man. Even my boyfriend of 3 years I had in highschool. Never!
I guess it depends on if a person grows up being taught to have morals or not - not just what feel good between your legs for some minutes with no love involved. You can have that useless piece of shit.
