Why am I attracted to damaged women?

I am attracted to damaged women. I mean orphans, widows, abandoned, divorced women, used women and women with children and or chronic diseases. Why does it happen like this? I see lately I am like that 😅

For me, I some reason always end up dating a woman who has some sort of absent parent and childhood trauma. I will not even know they experienced it prior to dating, yet they always do 😂. My mother experienced that too, so I know that's likely the cause. I end up being into women similar to my mother somewhat in personality.

I used to end up dating woman who were wealthy without knowing they were. I changed and now this other pattern keeps happening, I am attracted to girls and turn out they have some dark past, disease, or things I mentioned in the question

I think it's cause you want to fix them, I have a similar situation, expect I have my boundaries and I only want to fix them, not date them.

Everyone attracts healthy and unhealthy people. The difference is whether we continue to engage with these people we meet/ attract. If you are lonely or have voids in your life.. people like this may fill that spot inside you. Also it is quite condescending what you wrote - no offence lol. Maybe you are a bit damanged too...
