Blacked out and cheating?

My boyfriend and I were talking about drinking and I asked him if he would ever cheat on me if he blacked out. He said he is a responsible drinker, aware of his surroundings and that he wouldn't put himself in a position to blackout. He then said he wouldn't put himself in a position to where he can cheat on me or possibly cheat on me. When I asked him to clarify, he said that anyone could be put in these kinds of situations and manipated, even me. My question is, does that seem plausible that he wouldn't cheat on me? Do you think blacking out would automatically mean someone will cheat?

Alcohol just reveals what was already there. So no not really. If you drink that much alcohol that you black out, sex for a mad is very very hard (erections) even if he wants to. But there are drugs that will make your boyfriend have sex with an octopus at an aquarium.

If you have sex with someone and they are intoxicated technically that’s rape and they can’t give consent.
If my girlfriend cheats on be but she's under the influence of some weird drug and she didn’t give consent I would be mad at her for being irresponsible but I wouldn’t blame her for getting raped that’s ridiculous.

Most likely sex with a woman isn’t going to happen with a guy blackout drunk. Necessary things don’t often work under those conditions.
