What are the good parts about being a married father? Should most men have this as a goal?

Just meant as a father who is married to his wife. What are the good parts?

When marriage is done right, then it brings about security and many emotional benefits to everyone in the family. Less drama, more stability, more support. Children and fathers get to spend more time together, and fathers are able to properly act out their fatherly role. Not so easy to do that when you aren't living with your kid and/or don't have custody over them.

I cannot speak for fathers or mothers. But I know what I would enjoy if I were a mother. My kids laughter would be my number one goal (after safety, health, and well being of course). Their smile would mean the world to me.

As a married man of over 20 years with three daughters there are no good parts. If you are American do NOT marry an American woman. If you feel you have to get married then marry an Indonesian woman. They have a reputation 9f making fantastic wives

Stable house life, kids a hopefully loving wife, someone to come home to at the end of the day. Stuff like that.
