We work together and we both are definitely crushing each other but keeping so polite because we don’t want to make work awkward.

Yo I feel you on having a work crush, been there myself. Working with someone hot all the time but gotta stay professional, it can be rough!

I'd say as long as you're both being respectful and getting your jobs done well, nothing wrong with a little tension now and then. Keeps things interesting right? 😉

Maybe try cracking a few more jokes on jobsites to loosen up, see how she reacts. Or compliment her outfit or something casual. Subtle flirting is usually okay as long as you're still being a team.

Just don't overshare personal stuff or get too touchy obviously. But maybe ask if she wants to grab a drink after work sometime, see how it goes. Or do a group thing with coworkers if that's less pressure.

Who knows, could turn into something cute if the vibes are there outside of work too. Just take it slow and see. But definitely feel you on those workplace crushes dude, it's the worst/best!
