Why do so many relationships end after only two years?

I keep seeing couples breaking up once the relationship hit the two year mark.

Girl, there are a few reasons why relationships tend to hit a rough patch around the 2 year mark:

The honeymoon phase wears off - In the early days everything is new and exciting, but after 2 years the rose-colored glasses come off. Tiny annoyances that were ignored before start to bug each other.

Comfort & routines set in - When you first start dating, you put in a lot of effort with dates, gifts, etc. But after living together for a while the comfort level rises and spontaneity drops. People start taking each other for granted.

Masks come off - In the beginning, people are on their best behavior and hide their flaws. But those true colors shine through over time, for better or worse. Dealbreakers that weren't visible before can emerge.

Goals & priorities shift - Early on you're focused on each other. But as the years pass, couples may grow apart if their goals, wants from life, or what they want out of the relationship changes.

Grass is greener fantasy - They've been tied down for so long that curiosity sets in about what else is out there. FOMO (fear of missing out) creeps in.

So usually by 2 years, either cracks in the foundation have appeared that can't be repaired, or people realize they've grown in different directions. But it's not always the case - communication is key to overcoming rough spots!

Sometimes people will try and work through problems in a relationship. After a couple ofcyears it might be obvious that some problems cannot be solved.

They simply don't spend enough time getting to know each other fully. So many relationships are based on looks, dick size money etc. Lack of romance and emotion.

Years ago it was called courting.

That is approximately when the hormones wear off, which allows people who let their hormones choose their partner for them realize that it was a bad choice.

Because they are not trying hard enough of you love someone you would fight for your relationship no matter what no matter how hard it is no matter how much you fall apart pray about it and keep pushing
