I don't really understand this implication that dominance is like a 24/7 personality trait. We all need to submit to authorities of some sort (unless we're world dictators) or else we're dysfunctional human beings. So anyone who competes with higher authorities all the time is not dominant in a healthy way as I see it.

To be dominant in a healthy way to me means to respect leadership because being a proper leader also means respecting proper leaders and submitting to them when they're better suited to be in charge.

So, for example, my wife is a very dominant woman. She's a leader in her workplace and a leader among her female friends who all call her "big sister" (even the ones who are older than her).

However, she still submits to me and allows me to make the executive decisions in our household because she trusts me to protect her from the consequences of those decisions. It is my job to die to protect her from harm's way, not her job to die to protect me from harm's way, and she respects that and knows how important it is to me. So she lets me make the executive decisions that impact us both and in exchange I suffer all the costs and consequences of those decisions.

So I don't understand this notion that a dom (i. e., leader) must always be an insubordinate one and can only match with subs (i. e., followers). I'm the leader of my household and will lead my family to safety if the building catches on fire, but if I spot a fireman or even firewoman who says, "Follow me", I'm following their lead.

Perhaps it depends on the type of dom. Like I suspect there are at least two types of leaders.

The first type is drawn to power and status. They want to be glorified. For such a person, maybe they need a sub because they need to be worshipped and idolized and put on a pedestal. That's not the type of dom that describes my wife or me.

The second type is drawn to responsibility and the need to protect and take care of other people. That's the type I am along with my wife. In those cases, we don't want to be glorified and we don't want to match with the most submissive people. It's important to me that my wife is a capable dom even though it's also important to me that she doesn't challenge my authority because she's the leader to replace me when I'm away, incapacitated, or dead.

So if you're this second type of dom, you want doms. Like if you're a squad leader, you want your squad to be able to replace you if you die and lead in your place. You don't want people to be helpless if you die. So you not only favor leaders for your followers but if they aren't leaders, you want to train them to be leaders and have them train each other to be leaders.

You just need a partner you balance well with, I have been with a girl who definitely had a mind of her own and also was a leader. She needed me to be able to give pushback, I needed her to not blindly accept everything I was suggesting for my sake. Worked perfectly, i wasn't a battle of wills in practice but it was two people who could be equally stubborn.

What made it work you wonder? The fact we knew that if we went all out neither of us would win. It was either going to escalate to a break-up, or we could just not escalate at all skip the battle and just work on a compromise. I'll also add that I think the situation you are describing won't work for these women, they have powerful wills that is for sure but simultaneously they want an equal not someone they can just easily dominate. Having your partner just blindly follow whatever you want is a turn-off for them, they want to be told no and see who their partner really is. If the partner compromises 100% of the time who are they dating exactly? They would definitely get bored because the partner wouldn't bring anything to the relationship, he wouldn't bring anything to sharpen her and make her grow. It would be a relationship on easy mode and that would be mind-numbing for her, she seeks someone who matches her own competence, who can challenge her and put her on her place if she steps out of line. Someone to act as a counterbalance and give her leadership when she needs it, and someone needs to stand up for his own preferences so she can actually experience what he is like.

- 50 Jobs pay 1000$
- And 50 Jobs pay 10000$

Since Women are obviously Big brained, so all the 50 Jobs of 10,000$ salary are Taken by women and while 50 Men get stuck in 1,000$..

Now when it comes to dating all these 50 Women with 10,000$ Job are looking for men with Salary above 20,000$ ..
