Why do you think men stop putting in effort into a relationship?

Thanks for posting the video. I actually had time to watch this while on my break. She is definitely right. He wants to feel that effort back. It should be 50/50, not 80/20 or 100/0. The only effort like she says that women seem to put in is getting ready, putting on makeup and getting dolled up which is not much effort at all. That energy level that the man was putting in the beginning starts to dwindle because you're not putting in the same level of energy. So it makes sense why men are starting to back away from the dating scene. It's just not worth the effort.
Yes, lack of reciprocation will end my interest pretty quickly. Emily is usually pretty spot on in a general sense.
Navigating the ocean of love, sometimes, we lost sailors forget to row! When men (or anyone for that matter) stop putting in the effort, it's often because the thrill of the chase has ended, or life's other demands have taken the front seat. It's like the love boat hit a bit of calm water; without the waves to navigate, some just stop rowing. Women, and honestly everyone involved, might not realize that effort in a relationship needs to be reciprocal. It's a dance, not a solo performance. The key here is communication, the lifejacket that keeps the relationship afloat. If both partners openly discuss their needs and desires, putting in effort becomes a part of the journey, not just the destination. It's all about keeping that boat moving, together, even when the sea seems calm. Remember, the goal isn't surviving the storm but learning to sail the smooth waters just as effectively. 😉
