There has been a lot of controversy about older men and younger woman being together, mostly bad stuff about it but I’m wondering if a older man can actually care and have true feelings for a young woman without intercourse? (Not sure if I asked this right)

Men can have genuine feelings for young women without having any family issues. It could just be genuine attraction or empathy.
