My girlfriend angrily admitted to cheating while drunk but said she didn't mean it, do I break-up?

My girlfriend of 4 years got drunk and in anger admitted to cheating on me last year. Her very own words were ''I want to confess, I did, yes I did it''. Confused on what she was talking about, I asked what does she mean, what did she do. She replied ''Cheat, um, you, cheated last year. He used to, um, used to, doesn't work with me anymore. I did it. I.. you, know (gibberish phrases, mumbling, weird laugher, etc), not wanting to carry, oh, the guilt, etc.

Obviously that was a super drunken confession, along with stumbling around; she couldn't even keep her balance. I still took her home because something bad was going to happen to her by leaving her all alone. The following day, she has been trying to call me saying that whatever she said while she was drunk, she didn't mean any of it. She claims to be saying nonsense if she gets that drunk but that's unlike her.

I don't think so. Even though the confession was sloppy, it was still well said and sounded very true. Plus she was angry and laughing at the same time too. Do I break up right? I heard that when women are angry or drunk, they tell the truth.

The reason we're less forgiving towards physical cheating is because it runs all the way back to biological evolution. If a woman cheats, there is a chance we can end up raising someone else's child. So physical cheating is worse for us. She always knows it's her child since she's carrying it and giving birth to it.
A woman on the other hand gets more crushed over emotional affair (if he loves the other woman) and that's also explained through biological evolution. Before technology and government assistance even existed, if a man had an affair and fell in love with another girl, that was bad news for the woman. It would mean he can run off with the other girl, leaving both the woman and the baby out in the wild, to die. So him falling for someone else was like a death sentence for the woman.

I find evolutionary studies interesting. Yes I've already dumped her. She denied ever cheating on me when she was sober again but I believe she did cheated. Either way, who would even say such a horrible thing even with alchol? Definitely not a loving girlfriend. I took her drunken statement at face value and that was enough for me.

The relationship is doomed. Being drunk was just an excuse. She will cheat and cheat again and one day leave you when you finfs a man she thinks is better than yiu. My ex was like this, she loved drama etc. What I did with my ex when she cheated was to "forgive" her but definitely not forget.
