How do I ask to spend time with her again?

Been seeing this girl since Valentine's day. Until the first week of May, we saw each other every week at least once. For context, we've become very close, and have gotten as far as possible without sex/sexual things (and before someone says it, no, not a dead bedroom thing; we cuddle/make out/have a lot of skin contact). We text every day and call about once a week, keeping each other updated on our lives, as well as streaks on Snapchat.

We haven't spent quality time together since the 7th, due to her prioritizing family and me having been on vacation for the past week. I've missed her and she's made it clear she misses me, heck I woke up to a "miss you" text this morning. Now that I'm back, we're out of the zone of not being able to see each other. The only issue is... I think we're both waiting for the other to ask to see each other. We have plans at the end of June for a road trip, but haven't made plans to see each other soon. I want to see her sooner, and I think she does too, but it feels like we're at a stand still.

I've been thinking of asking to see her, but I don't want to come off as needy or clingy, since she hasn't asked either. She's a teacher and I know she has finals coming up, and I know I can be a distraction somewhat (a good distraction, as she puts it) so I kinda thought just to give her space and let her ask when she's ready.

The past three weeks is the longest we haven't seen each other since we started, and I guess I kinda don't know what to do.
