I don't know, I genuinely dislike them all, so I couldn’t vote. I think a narc could kill me just by talking to me and letting me witness their behavior. It’s so sickening. It gives me headaches it makes me nauseous.
Why are humans the only ones with this weird disease. I don't know, still. It’s weird we have to coexist with such people. That they just walk around damaging other people’s mental health and ruining lives. I hate mental games and toxicity. I hate narcissists. Well, I don’t hate ‘em. Just hope they get it fixed somehow. Get therapy and such.
I dunno i heard roosters can be dicks lol. but not like narcs can tho
It's not a big deal is the worst to me. Everything someone toxic does is built on throwing off your own sense of what is right and wrong what is fair or not fair what is ok to ask for and what is too much things like that. Undermining your trust in yourself and what you know. And that's what "it's not a big deal" is a representation of. Something bad happened you're hurt emotionally or physically but they dismiss it and if you allow them to make you think that you're actually overreacting or something like that it paves the way for further manipulation and abuse etc. That's why it's the worst one for me and the one that made me the most uncomfortable or on my guard.
People who try to reframe everything they're very dangerous I've had an experience like that and I'm not going to experience it again hopefully.
When I told my narcissist parents I was in the hospital with a major health problem, they replied “well, if you were never born it wouldn’t be a problem. But you were so you get what you deserve”
I hate to put my psychologist hat on, but most of those are not the type of things a narcissist would say. They're more like gaslighting, or strawmannirg the are argument. a narcissist would never say "that didn't happen", or "it wasn't that bad", or "it's not a big deal", they certainly wouldn't say "I didn't mean it”, as that accepts responsibility for doing it in the first place! The one thing on the list a narcissist would be more likely to say is "it wasn't my fault”, and then proceed to gaslight the other person, by telling them why it was their fault!
Love you sweetie,
Laura. 🥰 🤗

"That didn't happen" because it tells you what a narcissist is.
Yup pure gaslighting. Their modus operandi lol
"yeah but you deserved it" ugh narcs are such losers
You deserved it boils my blood and makes me cringe🤬
yup and thats after everything else they do.
My bio dad was a narcissist. The “It wasn’t that bad” it’s horrible, it’s one thing I heard him tell me all the time after he beat me, as I’m crying on the floor as a 5 yr old child😭 They’re all bad but that one is just the most engraved in my mind.
The one where is says “its not that big of a deal” well why the hell would I be making it a big of a deal if it wasn’t a big of a deal? 🤦♀️
That didn't happen or you deserved it.
The first one is just straight up gaslighting.
The last one is just sociopathic.
I can't STAND the "look what you made me do" gaslighting. It's so egregiously narcissistic I usually am at a lack for words and that rarely happens.
That didn’t happen (gaslighting, followed by a “flip” to blame you).
They’re all pretty bad
Anything stand out in particular?
The first one
Yeah, but it wasn’t my fault.
Where's the all of the above?
I hear a lot of these from students!
