Why don't people knock?

Okay so, this morning I was having a really nice morning with my boyfriend and his best friend just walks into his room like its nothing, and she sits down and starts talking to us for like half an hour and he instantly moves his attention to her and what she's saying. I have a problem with people not knocking, because I could be getting dressed or something. He doesn't seem to, especially when it comes to her. So I don't know what to do about it. I feel like if I tell him, he's just gonna say its okay because its her. How do I deal with this?

Talk to him about it. But keep in mind that the example you shared is entirely his space. You don’t get to dictate how he manages his space and his time. If he rejects your concerns, you may have a more difficult decision to make in your near future.

Thanks that's rally helpful, and yeah I get that but I do live there too so it makes it a bit harder. Still trying to adjust to all of it.

Since they don't pay anything and their mum covers it. I don't do bills but I get all their food and stuff like that

You seem to be a responsible and respectful young woman. Any good guy would be proud to be your SO. If they were once a couple. It will be hard to change the way they are used to. Maybe you need to look into other living quarters.
