I constantly feel the need to stay in constant touch with someone.. the need to reply to someone's text makes me feel as if I am important and I am there for someone to reach out to. I always feel to need to text and if I haven't received a text then I will try texting others first. The problems is whenever I look back at these texts, they seem forced. As if the person in front of me isn't enjoying this as much as I am. I don't know what to say and what to do anymore. Makes me then feel as if I don't really have people to rely on. What should I do?
