It can be normal to have some level of social anxiety or self-consciousness and to feel like others are looking at you or judging you.
That being said, it's important to try and be mindful of your thoughts and realize that people are not always judging you and that you could also be reading their stares wrong and they could potentially be looking at you for other reasons.
If you find yourself jumping to negative conclusions quickly when you see people looking at you, try and take a deep breath and remind yourself that you don't know their intentions and they could be looking at you for any number of other reasons.

no, i dont hate a lot of people, but i have good hearing and dont always like what they say about me.
I think you need to relax.. even if they hate you don't care at all...
Logically there's no reason to hate you without knowing you.. so of course they don't... Maybe they try to remember when did they see you before or you looks like someone they know or any other reason... They even maybe like.. so don't think in a bad way.. just try to think positive at first...
And Ok if we assumed that they really hate you... if you care of that or get upset, then they got what they need.. the person who hates you loves to see you upset and annoyed... So just don't give them what they need... and smile 😊
When I was young, I felt like that. Suspicious of everyone - rejected every attempt to talk. It took me a very very long time to get over it - and I had to move somewhere new (college) to do so.
Eventually though I realized that most people are actually friendly. That when people glance at you it may mean the want a conversation, or just are interested. That maybe they think you are attractive.
Sure, there are some obnoxious people out there that think badly of you but when you find out who they are, just ignore them.
