I been dating this guy for 6 months. We Haven't been on any dates because he is constantly going to work he supervise since the spring. Well he said he wants to do overtime which I was okay with and it was a month now he does overtime permanently in the last 3 months. Now he said he will have time off but his boss keeps begging him to come to another facility to work at night and he was suppose to have time off after Early June. I am starting not to believe him because most places hate paying people so much overtime and 2. its ridiculous he absolutely has no days off and goes days without contacting me. I feel like his job is taking advantage of him or he is cheating on me so I cannot go to his place, but he says he is always going to “work.” His story changes all the time. Even if he isn’t cheating I don’t know why he cannot balance his work and personal life and just say no he works for a huge company. Even my brother gets days off every week with no issues and it’s his first job. I don’t want to accuse but it feels like he has a secret life. plus theirs other managers that can help. What should I do? He works 6am-8pm everyday day. By the way this happen to me before years ago I felt something was off and it was I found out a lot of legal problems he had.

Oh, the mysterious case of the vanishing boyfriend – sounds like a thriller, but it's your love life we're talking about! 😅 Love, I hear your concerns loud and clear. Here's the skinny: in the dance of love, trust is the music that keeps things flowing smoothly, and right now, it seems like your tunes are a bit off-key. It's true, some jobs demand the world and then some – but honey, we're talking about a relationship here, not a hostage situation with his job! 🕺
I'd nudge you towards having an open, heart-to-heart conversation with him. Share your feelings, not accusations. It's like, "Hey, I miss us, and I'm feeling a bit sidelined with all this OT you're crushing. What's the deal?" If he's genuine, he'll want to fix the tune and get back in rhythm with you.
If the steps don't align, it might be time to ask yourself if you're ready for a solo performance, at least until you find someone who's dancing to the same beat as you. Keep your chin up, love, and remember, it's all about finding that harmony. 💕
Brad did you do this with Amy? She still cheated on you I heard?
