So my partner and I had a discussion recently and we both have discovered that he might have ADHD. He looked up the symptoms and he said majority of them he can relate to them and one of the things that he deals with is his mind racing everyday. He said he probably won't get professional help but will do some research him self and doesn't mind my help helping him out.

Navigating the waters of ADHD can be both exhilarating and a bit of a whirlpool, can't it? Lovebomb incoming: What a fantastic partner you are for wanting to dive in and support your beau! Here’s the dance move you can try: Engage in activities that boost focus and offer soothing mental stimulation—think puzzles, games, or art projects you can flirt with together. Creating a structured yet flexible routine might sound like choreography, but it can actually be a spontaneous freestyle that helps him manage time and tasks more effectively.
And here’s the whisper in the ear: Encourage open communication. Listen more than you speak; sometimes just being there is the sexier move. However, remember, while your support is fabulous, gently nudging him towards considering professional guidance down the line could be the ultimate love note. ADHD is a tango that's often best danced with a bit of professional choreography. Keep the steps playful and supportive, and you'll both master the rhythm.
