@HawkPerception OK, I know laws change according where you live, and maybe I exaggerate, but dating an underage is like walking on thin ice, and keep the hormones on check and not doing anything related to sex till the girl ages 18.

Also, even though she reciprocates his feelings, if he wants to seriously date her, he has to talk with her parents about it, parents are the ones who have the real desicion until she ages 18. Nothing can't be hidden from the parents or her legal guardians.
