Me and my best friend know this lad we used to be friends with is cheating on his fiance with another girl we used to be friends with.

Both are shitty people but we also work with these people and I'm still friends with the lads mum and I'm still civil with him too. I just hate the girl involved she's the whole reason everyone has fallen our with each other.

His fiance has been suspicious for a while and even band them from talking. She even text my best friend to ask if they were cheating and he lied and pretended he knew nothing because he didn't want to get involved.

Neither of us want to get involved but we feel so bad for this girl. If we say anything they'll know it's from us and are work life will be filled with drama. I wish I could tell her without telling her. Even if I wrote a letter to her anonymously they'd know it was me or my best friend.

I've even thought of taking a selfie with them two in the background and posting it on social media just so it gets back to her so she knows they are still hanging out. But I know they'd still blame me because everything is someone else's fault with them

It depends on how I know the couple. For example, there was a woman at work who was engaged yet hitting on anything that moved. She had the "safety net" of her fiance to fall back on, yet seemed to be constantly looking for "better options."

One afternoon the guy called and asked me to go ring-shopping for her with him. (He'd saved up to get her a proper ring bc she'd actually complained about the lovely tiffany engagement gift he'd liquidated his little savings to buy for her.) Long story short... after about an hour of listening to him sigh and press his nose to the glass of many a "wishlist" ring, I finally asked him if it was worth catering to her every whim rather than standing his ground that she already had an engagement bauble... He wanted to know why I said that... and I was trying to find the polite way to tell him she was a gold-digging hoe when we saw her boss at a shop... we got to chatting and he didn't know the guy with me was that woman's fiance. (You guys have three guesses who her boss was shopping for. That's right... the little chippy from work.)

The guy was crushed. We sat for about 30 min talking it out. He wanted to know what had been happening at work, why I hadn't said anything, etc. But I explained... it just wasn't my place to say anything...

The funny thing? We always presume it's going to be the fit, pretty girls who get to do this, but this girl was very much the "plus size" gal in clingy, revealing outfits who was relatively lowbrow in terms of her tastes and modes of expression... but she did what she had to when it came to advancing in her work... and when that boss was fired for reported conflicts of interest (this, along with some financial issues), he took the little chippy along with him. (No loss to our office... or to her fiance, who is now happily attached to the sweet sort of girl he deserves.)

If you don't want to get involved then don't. It's not your responsibility. Like ideally you'd say something, but don't do that if it presents potential tress or harm to you. If you do get involved, just be sure to do it in a way that keeps you away from the drama as much as possible.

Only if I was close to that person and considered them a great friend , otherwise i stay out of it and just wait until it unfolds , because it will more than likely unfold , since they work with you, it’s best for you to stay out of it , so fingers don’t get pointed at you

Difficult situation particularly with the work situation. Do you have incontrovertible proof or is it suspicion?

Would you be strong enough to tell the cheating fiance to tell his fiancee or you will? That would be the right way to do it in my view.

I don't think people with such low morals are entitled to people's silence.

I wouldn’t do it without proof, coming with evidence is the way to prove it’s true instead of just making it up like they might claim. From there it’s a matter of letting them make the decision on what to do and be supportive of it.
