Depends on the surgery and the reason why she wants it. If she wanted a nose job because her nose was not attractive in her opinion, I'd say go for it as long as there's no risk to her nose function.

If it's a bbl, that's an absolute no for me. Don't get fake ass nonsense. Just workout.

If it's excess skin removal due to losing a lot of weight, then I'd say go for it. There's no harm done with that to my knowledge.

If it's plastic surgery on her face, the only time I'd be okay with it is if she got into an accident or her face was deformed in some kind of way.

If it's lipo suction, absolutely not. Workout. Don't have your fat sucked out of you. Let your body adapt to its current state.

Personally, I'm not in love with the idea. Any surgery can potentially result in unwanted complications, or even death (if anesthesia is used). My girlfriend in grad school got a boob job after her 1st year of law school to bost her confidence. It was a success, she loved them. So did I.

My wife has talked about getting a boob job as recently as last week. I said it's up to her, and not to do it for me. But, I support her either way. :)

It 100% depends what surgery and how risky it is. If she wants to do a small skin removal from her vulva, who cares? If she wants to install a massive BBL and reconstruct the bones of her face, we'll probably end up having an end of relationship discussion.

In most cases I don't support unnecessary cosmetic surgery. It depends on what it was. If they had a pronounced hump on the nose and just wanted it leveled or if they had a repair of a deformity like a cleft lip repair I'd be supportive of it.

If she were getting a boob job or butt implants anything with the labia I'd 100% be opposed to it and would probably just walk away from her.

I would say she dosen't need it, but still be supportive as long as she thought it through enough and chose a good surgeon. Whether I'd find her more/less attractive after the fact is entirely out of my control.
