LDR do I end it?

I met my girlfriend in college and we started a relationship 4 to 5 months before her going back home after graduating, I went to her graduation and met her whole family despite some being prejudice. She’s doing a gap year trying to get law school admissions and saving money together and I’m here at home doing nursing and pre med. She left in May and up until about a week ago the communication has been mutually good. I try to send her things like letters and little things and of course something for her birthday recently (she even wants to get me things but ofc I make more so I can help do more) and try to update and communicate when I have my 4 days off. Recently for about a week or two I’ve been more initiating conversations, calling when I can, trying to ask if I did something to offend her and she attributes it to working at a high volume. She lifeguards and can’t have her phone on the stand 5 days a week and sometimes does night swim and works at her aunts law firm for another day (six days of working) and still has to study for the LSAT and do law school processes so I get it but if this is LDR maybe an update or something would be nice. Sometimes I might get a picture when she’s with her friends or at the gym or she will wish me goodnight and we will talk about her day. Should I be more anal about what’s going on or understanding

i would say go surprise her... U need to talk to her face to face with this relationship. It sounds to me that communication is lacking and that is a big disrespect she put u off and on hold and say she does this or that but the truth is I understand she works ok and u work to but she could eventually make time to talk to u like for an hr or for 30 min like when she is on lunch or waking up or just having free time. Sounds to me she is self disrespect... But like I said I would say go see her go surprise her and truly know.. because the truth is u don't know truly what going on behind the scenes she could easily say oh I'm here here here.. but. At the same time.. she could easily be doing something else. .. and if she ask why u came just say y'all need to talk if she tries to. Hide her phone or tries to brush u away brah u know the reason then if she says ok let talk and apologize and tries to fix it then stay together

I wish I could give you advice but I'm also going through the same thing. My boyfriend works two jobs now and the communication is lacking. I don't know if we should end things or not. But I'm tired of feeling lonely. 😪

I would say maybe give it time but if things don't seem to be changing then maybe end things. I'm to the point where I may do that.

I totally get that (LDR here too), but the dry spells in communication DO end. It sounds like she really is busy, and is tired when she's not busy. One thing that helps maintain some closeness during hard times is a couples app. Paired is a great one, me and Raine use that.

You can't end just because of it. I think you should explain to her how do her actions make you feel and agree on something like she should warn you if she can't talk to you for several days or something like that
