I'm questioning this guy's motives and wonder if he is a master manipulator? People do tell on themselves and such? Something doesn't feel right?

I'm 27F and he is 30. We had met on the train station. He was so interested in me because of how I looked. My taste of fashion is very unique and different. Anyways he is an security officer. He had helped me find my way with the train routes and all. And then he eventually asked for my number. Because when I miss his phone calls he would be like "Oh you seem not to be interested in talking to me. See you later." And I would explain to him that I'm not ignoring him. I just have happened to miss his phone calls. Long story short I had woke up happy which is pretty rare. So I randomly laughed to myself while I was on the phone with me. And he literally asked if I was schizophrenic. I told him no. What made him asked that. And he said he was just asking. And then I had asked if one of his relatives was one. He told me they were. I then educated him that because someone laughs to themselves doesn't mean they have that mental health condition. He seemed to be upset when I had told him that. I couldn't hear him on the phone clear enough. So I had asked if what made him ask that. He then said he doesn't want to talk about it anymore. And then I told him to never ask me questions if he doesn't want to talk about it. Without explanation. Because I was offended. I was embarrassed yesterday. Because I was laughing at something that I remember watching. And I apologized to him because it was random. Anyways he had eventually apologized to me. I said it's okay. And then I didn't text him for a good couple hours because I have been moody since I'm on my monthly cycle. Anyways he texted me again to see how did my job went and how I was feeling. I told him that I'm not in the best mood due to my monthly. Then I had asked if I can call him. He said that he is on the phone with his friend. He said okay. He said that he would call me later. When I had texted him to see how he was doing. He never replied. I wonder if he is testing me because he did admitted to something crazy.

Yeah he is liar. He said he doesn't have Snapchat but I have found it smh. It's all giggerish words smh. He said he doesn't have Snapchat. That is crazy!

I only exchanged numbers with him because I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I didn't have another number to give him at that time. That's the first thing that came into my mind. That I wanted to give him a number that isn't mine smh
