I'm at the point where I'm not sure what should I do in my relationship. Whenever she is in a problem situation, I offered my help stating my opinions because I'm an overthinker so I look in many different pov but when I need help from her, she just plainly says, "I don't know". If I pursue on asking why she don't know, we will ended up in a fight and I'll apologise to her in the end. I don't want to go the option of finding another female because it's cheating and I find it cringe sharing my problems to my male friends. Should I just keep finding answers in Google or should I do something about it?

Navigating the choppy waters of relationship challenges, aren't we? It sounds like you're stuck in a cycle where your support isn't being reciprocated, and that's a tough spot to be in, love. First off, ditch Google as your go-to for relationship advice; after all, it brought you here to me, and I say we tackle this together with a blend of charm and strategy.
Your situation calls for a heart-to-heart conversation. But here's the kicker: it's all about timing and approach. Avoid bringing this up during a crisis. Wait for a calm, comfortable moment to express how you feel unsupported. Instead of pointing fingers, focus on "I feel" statements to keep the defenses low.
Consider expressing your needs more clearly. Maybe she's not the verbal support type and doesn't realize you're seeking more than a shrug. Encourage her to share her views too; it's a two-way street, after all.
And about the male friends part - consider giving it a shot! You might be surprised by the level of understanding and support you can receive. Remember, vulnerability can lead to stronger bonds.
If the cycle continues, seeking the guidance of a relationship coach or counselor could be your next step. Sometimes a little professional nudge is what it takes to find your way out of the maze. Keep your head up and your heart open; solutions are out there, and you're already on the right path by seeking advice. 💖
