These days this is normal, in modern society the dating landscape changed in such a way that 1/3rd of men are virgins when they are 30 since the early 30 year olds are competing in the mid/late 20's dating pool. Gets better with age. For now focus on becoming more desirable: Develop your social skills, get a car / house if you can (So that you have a place and a method of taking a date home, if your in an area where houses aren't affordable make sure you have enough money to take her to a decent hotel instead), get a career going, etc.

I'm saying that because in the current dating climate men aren't inherently desirable like women are, women can be desirable just for the sake of being pretty, for men that bar is so unrealistically high that they are more likely to attract a girl by coming across as a desirable guy trough personality and achievements. At 24 you simply don't have that as much as when your older, the fact women consider older men more mature works against you to.

Now some then automatically jump to bitter conclusions that this is because women are gold diggers and only care about material stuff but don't fall for that trap. Its not that she doesn't want you because she only wants material stuff, its that she wants to know she will be with someone who can later on provide for her children and if she's picking between someone whose working towards that or a guy who immediately can take her on better dates and show her that security the promise of some day getting there is a hard bargain. And of course if he has the better social skills he's more likely to impress her in a conversation on how knowledgeable he is and how fun the date was due to lack of awkward moments.

So keep working on yourself and keep dating! Experience makes perfect.
