Is moving out and getting your own car the real start to adult hood?

I’m 27 years old. Mentally, I am an adult. I’m intelligent, emotionally mature. I understand what I have to do in this word to live and also survive. I understand making decisions and choices and ultimately consequences. I purchase the things I need to keep myself up as an adult woman. Hygiene products, groceries, clothes, shoes etc I can own up to my mistakes and accept accountability. I can put my pride to the side and apologize. I’m okay with getting things off my chest and letting others know how what they said or did affected me. I also have a job but I don’t drive and I still live with parents. I’m gonna be taking driving lessons soon and my plan is to save as much as I can to move out but I feel like until those two things are done and completed. It doesn’t matter how much I move and think like an adult, I still don’t feel like one.
