Selfishness , and yes I agree with everything you said as well. But bottomline , selfishness is what destroys most relationships, because people constantly think grass is greener on the other side , and social media contributed to making people think that way. Like they are missing out on something and no longer appreciating what’s right in front of them. Thinking they deserve better than what they already have. If partners’ watered the grass they are already standing on? Love will continue to grow between them , instead of wanting something they don’t have. Sadly people have become more selfish only thinking about what is best for themselves , they can’t give the same way they want to receive and that’s why so many relationships are failing. My ex started to compare me , criticize me , belittle me , and became very selfish the second she got addicted to Facebook and social media , I didn’t even know who she was anymore , she completely changed in front of my eyes. She started to not take accountability for her selfish actions whatsoever , and constantly started pointing fingers at me for being the bad guy , when really she was the POS. Sadly I had no other choice but to walk away from her , because she became so selfish making things all about her.
