If we married and he could not find the same opportunity in Canada and I was able to uproot myself and maintain my career and the country we visited was an English speaking one and a safe and clean one with nutritious food and affordable living spaces then yes. I believe a move should only happen if both prefer to relocate, it should not be at the whim of one person at the expense of another. If I wanted to live somewhere but my future husband wanted to stay in Canada, then I would stay in Canada.

I have lived in 4 different countries already, so I can't see myself moving again. It is damn too expensive to ship your belongings around the world.

If I wanted to go to that country, then yes.
If I didn't want to go to that country, then no.

In other words I would NOT move to a country, or anywhere else, if I didn't want to move there. I have moved many times in my life. I know better than to move without having a clear idea that I would like it there. Moving blindly is a crap shoot with something important. Not a good idea.

That would depend on what the job she got was and how much it pays, as well as whether I would have the chance to work there or remotely, and the general safety, climate, and atmosphere in the country.

Not really a question for me because I've done it. She's still in the military, and we had 2 kids, transferred overseas. I adapted. Became a home gym guy that was able to be present for two kids and lift some weights. It wasn't the end of the world to just adapt in order to keep the family together.
