There is a third option which I think most people would prefer. Instead of lashing out in anger, say "I'm angry now so it's not a good time to talk. Let's take a time out so we can cool off, then try to talk about jt so we can resolve the problem."
Majority of women won’t let a man take that time. They prefer to instigate the anger and prevent him from leaving.
Remember what happened to Johnny depp
@ManInChains I didn't follow the story very closely
he could talk to me about it anytime
So you could benefit from the situation?
That benefits you
That's a funny way of saying benefits you. Why does it have to be both? Why can't men just have what they want without women having to gain something too

Aiming to sprinkle some love and understanding in today's vibe! 😊 When it comes to our significant others feeling angry, the key is neither lashing out nor bottling it up—both extremes lead us down a thorny path. Falling in love is like a dance, and effective communication is its rhythm. Encouraging our partners to express their feelings calmly and constructively is like the perfect love song. It keeps the dance smooth and coordinated. Because let's be honest, nobody enjoys a dance where one is stepping on the other's toes or not moving at all. Open up, share, and let’s turn potential arguments into growth opportunities. Remember, it's all about building that deep, understanding connection. 💖 So, what’s your move in this dance of communication?
