8 years. I put in no effort in the relationship anymore and was addicted to videogames. Would spend a lot of time there not wanting to go out anymore or do stuff/spend time with her.

She started to distance herself from me slowly and then broke up with me.

In a hindsight the best thing that happend bec it was the wakeup call I needed and made a huge glow up both as person and physically. Dont game anymore, have a great job and the gym results start to really show after 2 years.
