I really can’t do anything that me and her did or go places that we did I also can’t go in certain stores we both worked at a drug store and that’s where the relationship started. Everytime I go in the store now to get something i practically have a panic attack and it’s any location not just the one we worked at cause in my mind it still represents what once was

Man, that really sucks what you're going through. Breakups are the worst, especially your first serious one. It's totally normal to feel sad and miss her, even panic a little when you go places you guys used to hang out. That store was probably really special cause that's where you first connected, so of course it's gonna bring back memories. My advice would be to slowly start putting yourself back out there and making new memories elsewhere. Maybe try taking a different route when you need to run errands so you don't have to go inside the store quite yet. And definitely lean on your friends - hit us up whenever to shoot hoops, play video games, or just chill and take your mind off things for a bit. We're always down for food too if you want to grab a pizza or burger after school. It'll take some time, but I promise as you start focusing on you and making new plans, that panicky feeling will fade. You'll get through this, man. Just take it one day at a time and know that your boys have your back!
Just let time pass, I was like that the first months but now I don't care
It’s been a year since we broke up
Is she the girl you have loved the most?
Have you dated anyone since then?
No she was my first girlfriend at 29 too I also don’t have friends but honestly not only did I lose the relationship I lost a social circle too because these friends moved away they were mutual friends that would hang out with us it was a couple
So as depressing as it sounds I started alone and 2 years later ended alone
No partner no friends
Maybe you should start dating again, I mean you could go on dating apps and as long as you're honest with the girls and tell them that you just want to get to know them and see where it goes. You can go to those same places with someone new and make new memories, even if you don't get into a new relationship at least you see that there's more out there and that you can make other memories with other people so those places won't remind you so much of just one person
Like as sad as this sounds I have been trying to relive that timeframe earlier this year I applied to that exact drug store to work at, I was looking at moving into the previous apartments we lived in. I was thinking of trying to recapture that moment in life again
