My ex and I dated on and off for a few years but we realized we were not compatible now we are friends. While we were dating, we live together I did all of the housework and I didn’t mind doing that because he paid most of the bills and I was working from home. After we broke up and became friends, he would come over my house and asked me to cook for him still and he would say he’s too tired to get up and cook and doesn’t want to go to sleep hungry. He would ask to use my washing machine when he came over but then ask me to wash his clothes. He would constantly ask me to get up and get things for him or go downstairs and get him something to drink or go to the store for him and he always leaves a mess behind for me to clean up when he leaves my house.

I recently had a conversation with him about everything and told I told him I will cut him off If he continues to treat me like a maid whenever he comes to my house after that conversation he came over the next day. he pretended that he was choking and being very dramatic tapping me and pulling the collar on my shirt roughly saying he couldn’t breathe and asked me to go downstairs and get him some water. I refuse to get him water, and I sat on the edge of my bed and waited for him to stop behaving the way that he was behaving when he realized I was not getting the water, he laid there pretending to be unconscious for two minutes and then told me “I was trying to tell you I couldn’t breathe and I needed water I’m sick” in a weak voice I told him I couldn’t do it anymore and I didn’t want to speak to him again after he leaves my house He told me he really was choking and he’s very sick so he needed some water but he wouldn’t do it again and he said I’m over exaggerating for wanting to cut him off. Besides all that, we get along well how do I get him to understand that I’m not going to continue doing the things that I was doing for him while we were in a relationship?
