Is it about how they gain your trust and take advantage of it? Because I hate when sleazy men will say all the right things to women to trick them into trusting him. Makes it harder for the real men who are genuinely interested in a girl and wants to build something with her.

How we feel sometimes because of hormones. It isn’t all girls, but my roommates (some) get moody and I sympathize.

Well, I usually communicate that I’m just not doing okay. My boyfriend gets it and gives me some space.

Yes, I live with three girls. They know when I need space and I know when they do. It doesn’t mean we don’t interact but just understand each other. Harder for a guy to pick up on that.

I get that men are usually clueless about how to pick up on subtle cues from women. So if they were to ask you straight up what he needs to look for what would you tell him?

I just mean if I say I need some time to myself, I expect him to deduce the time of month and go “oh yeah, that makes sense”.

Granted in a relationship or with female roommates, it's more comfortable to share that info. But not many women will tell other men they kind of know its that time of the month. So if she snaps at him for some random reason, he might take it personally. Or maybe that's how I think it might go down.

I go to a school that has 80,000 students campuses wide. I go to the main, which is close to 50,000. That should say it all. These are teen to early twenties boys that make up half.

Do you usually care something with you at all times? Travel with a friend? Get back to you dorm before dark?

I have a boyfriend, but we don’t always go out together. Our dorm is laid out in halls. Fours halls per level. Boy, girl, boy, girl. We have a group of guys that will accompany us to parties.

We feel safer that way.
