Ladies can you tell me seriously, that is she torturing me?

As I have told before that, I have been in love only once and she was the one for me (I have liked other women and been with them but still she is the one I loved) but we didn't work out as for her I was just a rebound.
Whenever we talked she should bring her ex in the conversation somehow yet I listened to her, but one day out of the blue she called and said I can't do this anymore and hung up the phone I called her and texted her too, to ask what happened then she told me all men are the same and wanted to break up, I tried to talk and understand but she just gave up like that.

Well never mind I started to get back my life and move on but then after some months or so she calls me back to be friends again, a small hope started flickering in me again but I knew how it would end so I said I don't think I can be friends with you as I still have feelings, she said I thought you would have moved on by know, get a grip that crushed me and I hung up the phone.

Then she called me after sometime again and I didn't pick up and blocked her number. Then she called from some other number a few days earlier and asked to be friends with her.

I don't understand why is she doing this? Crushing me again and again. I hope you all can give me some clarity.
