Should I get money out of this situation?

My manager and I started hooking up 6 months ago and we agreed that I would only start hooking up with him if he promised to never hook up with anyone else at my job and he told me to not ever tell anyone about us hooking up bc he can get fired since another manager has already been fired in the past for the same reason. Through out the months I had my suspicion of this one girl bc she started bullying me at work out of no where and would hate me for no reason. I would always see them together at work so I always asked him if they were hooking up and he always denied it and woukd always talk mad shit about her. She then got a boyfriend and started being nice to me and apologized for being that way towards me; her excuse was very dumb but we are good now and hashed it out. I just recently found out that her and my manager were indeed hooking up before she got with her current boyfriend and that he also got her pregnant and took her to get an abortion. I called him and told him I want nothing to do with him ever again and to stay away from me and told him I lost all trust cause that I found out everything between them. It felt like a huge betrayal cause he has been lying to me for so long, I couldve caught an STD and he put me at risk of being pregnant. Im thinking of going to him and tell him that I can go to her and tell her everything that has been going on between him and I so we can go to HR and show all of the evidence to get him fired. Or he can just give me 2k and I won't tell the girl nor HR about everything that has happened.

I get that you're pissed and want some kind of payback, but I don't think trying to blackmail him is the way to go about it. That could backfire and get you in trouble too. Plus, it's kinda shady, you know?

Instead, I think you should go straight to HR and report everything that's been going on. Don't hold back - show them all the evidence you have. This guy abused his power and cheated on you, and that's not okay. He deserves to face the consequences for that.

As for the other girl, I wouldn't try to get her involved or anything. That's just going to make the whole mess even more complicated. Let HR handle it.

I don’t blame you , but you shouldn’t blackmail him for money , because you can get fired as well if he decides to blackmail you and report you for trying to blackmail him , so you are best to just report it to HR and have him fired , it will be just a matter of time before he does this shit again to another girl at work
