What should I do in this financial situation?

Currently, I’m not making enough at my job because my boss “can’t afford” to give me 30+ hours a week, and with the pay I have I’m spending more than I make on just rent and food. I have some options but I’m struggling on what to do. I don’t want to quit this job because I really, really like it but it’s looking like it’s not sustainable right now

Quit the job for one that pays better

Keep the job and move back in with family since I can’t afford rent

Work more hours at other locations for this job

Keep the job, pick up a side hustle

Add another job to this one you like even if it's just for now, get your long-term plan together where there will be enough money and move toward that. It may mean you eventually need to leave the job you like, especially at your age.
