Girls, Is it possible to file a case against my ex-girlfriend who committed paternity fraud?

She insisted that I'm the father of this child for 2 years now but it turned out that I wasn't. That's where I only knew that she also cheated on me without my knowledge. Why do women think that paternity fraqud is something light though I'm just curious?

I am not a lawyer. In order to prove paternity fraud, you must prove that the mother actually committed fraud. The elements of fraud require you to prove that she knew you were not the father, she told you that you were the father, and that you signed the acknowledgment based on her statement. This is not to be confused with a woman who mistakenly names you the biological father though it later turns out that you are not the father. Fraud must be present.
