I would say to adress them, so she is more aware of her toxic habits, but whether or not she works on them is what is important.
No, they are treating you well as a mean to and end.
Eventually you will be the victim of those red flags.

Just depends on what the red flags are? If it has anything to do with affecting the relationship , that you both chose to be in together , then No , do not be a sucker whatsoever , if it has nothing to do with the relationship and the red flags are just their personality and behavior , then try to fix what is broken , have a sit down talk with her and express your feelings of concern and try to work things out together. Understand not one person on this planet is perfect , we are all imperfect people , so accepting someone’s’ flaws is the right thing to do because they accept yours as well. So again if it has nothing to do with jeopardizing your relationship then it can be fixed as long as you both are willing to compromise together , if she is doing things that leave a constant question mark over your head and your gut is telling you something is off , then don’t ignore those red flags whatsoever. If she isn’t on the same page as you , when it comes down to things , you both are t good for each other , compromising and removing selfishness for each other is the key to having a long lasting happy relationship. It’s ok to admit you are wrong , neither of you can always be right.
No. Not to be cliche', but classic narcissist move. Pile on the charm with no real change.
Stay On Guard At All Times!!! xxoo
No. 1.) If you see 2 flags, there's probably 5 other flags you know nothing about. 2.) Your concept of "treats me well" is very subjective and based on your experience. If you never had the best you're not qualified to judge what you have now. Or to put it another way, it's likely that what you think is being treated well is meh.
Being the exception to the rule doesn’t mean the rule doesn’t exist.
Are they red flags or are they human flaws?
Depends. Is it a red flag or paranoia?
