My best friend and crush is moving and my heart aches so bad?

My (29F) best friend 33M is moving in a few months and my heart literally sank to my stomach when he told me. He has been very burnt out at work and complaining almost everyday how much he hates his job. He wants to take a break and reset and go back home to the city his family lives which i understand. We became super close especially this past year and he was really really there for me through a really hard time in my life. I love him and i thought i had more time with him. Anyways when he told me i just swallowed whatever feelings i was feeling and told him i understand why he's leaving and hope he finds what makes him content and happy. I really do want that for him. How do i deal with it, it feels really really bad.
