Women.

Women have a plan in a relationship, and once that plan is achieved, they get bored and want to move on.

Men also have a plan. The difference is that thst, once the man's plan is achieved, he develops a new plan to continue the relationship.

Well I think it's probably about even and it seems like when one person starts losing interest the other person starts losing interest too so and then everything gets sideways LOL I don't really know the answer to this I think each individual when they're ready they just do it I guess

Women have more criteria and get so much more attention than men. As soon as there's any little thing they don't like in a guy, they are quick to leave. Nowadays, people who try to work through obstacles are much more rare than those who leave as soon as anything they don't like comes up.

This can go either way. But women are naturally more picky due to:

1) they generally have more options then men when all else is equal (looks, status, career, etc.). It’s much easier for them to cut the rope knowing it’s far easier for them to find someone else

2) Evolutionary reasons. Women are more picky than men because there was a time in history where they had to be for survival purposes). You can’t defy thousands of years of evolution with 50 years of “gender equality”

But in all fairness men can lose interest for reasons that are completely out of a woman’s control. I know I was guilty of this a few times in the past.

Women and girls go based on emotions. Females don't communicate they speak in code and with dating apps and social media let’s be honest it’s easier for them to get D because they feel lost, lonely or unappreciated hence cheating, hence lack of interest. A guy could treat her like a queen but what I find are either one or both of the following— she had extremely highs standards where she’s a 6 but thinks she’s a Hollywood actress that’s a 10 or she’s used to being mistreated, says she wants a healthy relationship but picks the moron who ends up creating drama and breaking her heart.

add social media and feminism into the fix and losing interest becomes so much faster

Women's Love grows, however Women are more Vulnerable of falling out of Love if they don't feel loved back..

IT all depends on our motivation. If the Man/woman to wants a specific thing from his/her partner, but can't get IT they loose interest quickly. Gender does not matters here. I would say that just your patience is the key.
