My new boyfriend is worried that things haven’t changed ever since we started the relationship. where to go from there?

So I (23F) and my boyfriend (24M) have only started dating 3 days ago really. Though, we’ve known each other for over 2 years and we’re basically best friends. For months before we made it official, we’ve slowly started getting intimate, met up at least once a day a day for dinner if nothing else and basically we’re acting like a couple, according to him. Now, with how recent this relationship is, and how he asked to take things slow since he struggles with the concept of a relationship and liked the place we were at, I wasn’t expecting much to change after we made it “official”. He, on the other hand, is starting to worry and feel guilty for how things feel the same. I’m trying to reassure him that I like our pace and that we can just let things unfold naturally just the way we’ve been so far, but I don’t I’m getting to him and I don’t know where to go from here. I’ve loved this man for over a year and expressed his feelings for me several times, but we were always worried about losing each other that we tried to keep the friendship going at least. Obviously that slowly crumbled after we kissed and started being more intimate. How would you handle this?
