I'm going out with a separated woman, 36, mother of two (19 & 20). She's looking to divorce because her dead beat husband ran away with another girl out of state and she can't reach him for divorce papers.

However she already considers herself divorced, everything is in her name and gave her relationship status on Facebook as such. But some people say she's still legally married and our relationship is adultery. I don't agree, she's still filing for annullment at this point and the important people (her children and my family) approve of us and our relationship. Her daughter is about to move out for college and we are considering if my girlfriend should move in with me or should I move in with her. What's wrong about this?
