How do you cope with a boyfriend that works all the time?

I’ve been dating my boyfriend for almost 3 years now. He has his own business in Landscaping and then snow removal in a winter. I understand running a business can be hard but I don’t see him often. In the summer he works mostly Monday-Sunday. In the winter we can’t hangout because he is stressing about snow. Him and his best friend runs the business together. So every-time he is with his best friend he isn’t stressed because he is with his other business partner. He has told me that he stresses more when we hangout because him and his business partner (best friend) always have something to do. Then his best friend would make jokes when we hangout saying the snow is almost at 3cm. His friend would always mess with our hangouts but my boyfriend doesn’t do anything about it. When he is just hanging out with his best friend I don’t even text him, so that he can just focus on his friend. It’s hard for me because Im trying to be supportive and understanding but it feels like I’m in so much pressure. I need advice please! Please just be kind with what you say:)

If u r selfish that u put urself over his hard work which he provides from, then u must be wrong because eventually he wouldn't be able to provide and u will leave.
His best friend doesn't know joking with u is that sensitive for u so u might wanna have a talk about it in a decent way
