We’ve been married for 5 years, but recently, I’ve noticed my wife acting distant and protective of her phone. I found messages showing she’s been flirting with her coworker, but she insists nothing physical happened. She says it’s part of a midlife crisis, but I’m struggling to trust her. Well if you are a calm person you could go to her work and ask for the guy or see when he is in and if he will talk to you in private to ask about your wife and what they been doing but make sure she doesn't find out so she can't give him a heads up.
