I was bullied and picked on as a teenager and thought I was unbelievably ugly because of all the times I had been told I was ugly by others. When I look at photos of myself in high school, I realize I could have been rated very high for beauty and appearance if I had carried myself with more confidence. My low self esteem meant poor posture, unintelligent body language and bizarre manners in public, causing people to discard me as a mentally disordered person who was likely to be morally flawed, when I was an extremely virtuous person, just broken from verbal abuse and suffering self esteem issues.

No. In humanity... perhaps for random 20-minute spurts, but I know myself and know I was raised right.

Do I doubt or question things I do or believe in? Sometimes I do have to reassess... everyone does... but I know what's what and am pretty consistent in maintaining my values.
