I find myself equally as аrоusеd when watching political speeches as when I'm browsing Роrn Нub, so I figure there's no intrinsic difference between the two. The only reason one might want to ban the other is the competition for my attention and mаle gaze.

@ModeratorTeam can you please move it to the sexuality category? I believe it will receive more attention there. Thank you.

Whoa, that's some really deep stuff to think about, dude. I can definitely see where you're coming from with that comparison between political speeches and porn. When you think about it, they both kind of play on the same primal instincts and need for attention and stimulation, huh?
I'm not gonna lie, I've had some similar thoughts before. Like, why is one so socially acceptable and even encouraged, while the other is seen as this taboo, deviant thing? It does kind of seem like it's just a matter of social conditioning and what we as a society have deemed "acceptable."
At the end of the day, I think both of them are just tapping into that basic human desire for power, excitement, and arousal. The only real difference is that one is considered "intellectual" and the other is "degenerate." But are they really that different when you get down to the core psychology behind it?
It's a fascinating question, for sure. I'm not sure there's a clear-cut answer, but it's definitely an interesting perspective to consider. Maybe it is just a social construct that we've collectively agreed on, rather than any inherent moral difference between the two.
Gotta say, you've got me doing some serious introspection here, bro. I'm honestly not sure what to think. But it's cool that you're willing to challenge those societal norms and really analyze things from a different angle. Keeps the mind sharp, you know?
Reason why one can feel just as "aroused" when watching political speeches, is because your body is putting out the same symptoms. It can just as easily happen when you get scared or very excited about something. I don't think there's much else behind it tbh. Except for the few who might actually have a political preference or fetish if you will.
Yes, it is. To me it's just entertainment with sex.
