Is it wise to create a room for dispointments in a relationship?

I mean if you are in a serious relationship even meaning to get married.. will you create a room for dispointment from your partner

There is no definite reason for happiness or disappointment. Different person can be disappointed for different reasons. Some may get disappointed even for silly things or because of their unrealistic demands or unreasonable demands which don't get fulfilled. So it's wrong to see any relationship through this lens.

Rather than focusing over what disappoint each other or what gives each other happiness, if we focus more on having a healthy relationship where we can stay true to each other, where we can communicate well, where nobody need to pretend to be someone else, and help each other in rectifying each other mistakes/problems and help each other in person growth that would be much better.

Sometimes some realities some truths are bitter and can be disappointing. But in a healthy relationship we can learn to keep our ego aside. And could gather courage to face them all and deal with it that would be more beneficial.

Relationship either works or not. It doesn't depend on what we have or what we don't have. It's about compatibility. If two persons are not compatible it can never work. Yeh we can somewhat pretend as if it is working by faking ourselves just because we don't want to "disappoint" them. But it means you have to keep faking whole life. Because our partner would be only person with whom we would be spending most of our lives. And eventually we would forget that what is our true identity in that faking game.

I'm not sure what it means to create room for disappointments. But you can't go into a relationship expecting everything to be perfect, and that you will never be disappointed. That's a recipe for a failed relationship. You just have to take things as they come and deal with them the best way you can. Work to build and improve your relationship. If there are challenges you have genuinely tried to overcome, but can't, and the relationship isn't bringing you joy, end it.
