Home-wrecker situation: do I do something or stay in my lane?

My mind is going crazy and I’m sure I can ramble on here for paragraphs upon paragraphs, but, I’m just going to write down the points of the situation. Just for some context my friend is the homewrecker and she’s with my cousin in law. My cousin is Stacy. My friend is Hannah and my cousin in law is Nathan.
by the way: Stacy and Nathan aren’t their real names. But Hannah is the homewrecker’s real name.

-my friend always had a thing for married men. She’s never changed.
- Stacy met Hannah at a party and bonded over their respective relationships with me. They got close over a course of 3 years.
- I warned my cousin about Hannah’s ways since day one and told her there’s a possibility she’s going to like Nathan. My cousin told me she doesn’t believe Hannah is such a person.
- Nathan cheated before by sexting other girls, and Stacy foolishly takes him back cause he promises “he’s changed”
-Hannah has now blocked me, Stacy and our other mutual friends on all social media platforms and blocked our numbers, completely out of the blue. We never had an argument or anything.
-Nathan has been acting really suspicious and couldn’t look at me in the face. I took notice especially during the Holidays when our family had many get togethers.
- Hannah’s friend saw her recently with Nathan and told me. He also sent a picture and they definitely are romantically involved.
- I don’t know what to do. Do I tell Stacy? Do I just stay in my lane and let her find out on her own? Do I anonymously send her the photo?
- kids are involved are they’re at sensitive stages of life and this can absolutely break them.

I mean I literally warned Stacy…it breaks my heart that what I suspected is actually happening but she literally did what I advised her not to do. I know Hannah like the back of my hand.

Just some updates: Hannah was in fact involved with someone else and I advised her against it and she stopped talking to me did a while, but then she got normal. I decided to step back from the friendship a bit and would not chat everyday like before. But she completely blocked me even after we had a completely normal last conversation.
