How do people fall for covert narcissists?

I understand why people would fall for covert ones who pretend to be someone they’re not. But the overt ones? Is it confidence? What really is it when someone’s pretty brazenly a narcissist that attracts people into getting stuck with them?

Sometimes it's familiarity. We were raised in that setting so we are used to being put down to make somone else look better were condition for it. Sometimes something stable feels wrong because you've lived so long in pain you don't know how to function outside of it or even what it looks like.

Sometimes you feel as though you don't deserve better even if you can find it

Sometimes they offer something you lacked in your life sometimes it's just because it's easier than being alone if you put all of your energy into someone else you don't have to see who you are.

As fucked up as it is that push and pull that your fucking worthless. You are precious work's when you're put so low your broken but when they give you that high it's all you can feel for a moment that blissful few seconds Ware you feel like maybe you mean something but when they drop you the pain is all you feel.

Sadly some do, but not nearly as many as incels think. And most of them break up with the asshole when they get mature enough to realize that charming and hot doesn’t always mean they’re nice too.
