One of my favorite backhanded compliments I ever received…. I hooked up with this girl I was friends with back in high school when we reconnected in our mid-20s. Went for a drink, went to walk on the beach afterwards, and she jumped me when we were on the beach, haha.

So we’re making out, and a few seconds in, she pulls away, and says “Wow, you’re actually a really good kisser. I always thought you’d be a tongue-rapist.” 🤣🤣🤣

I have never really thought about this before. I don't know what I would rate myself as a kisser. I don't think I have exceptional skills in kissing, but I don't think I'm too terrible at it either. I'm going to say...7/10

I feel like that's low... But also not too unfair either. Yes 7/10.

This took way more mental energy than I would have guessed.

I really have to give credit to my first boyfriend. When I was still available, the two most frequent comments I got were "Wow..." and "Damn!" I'm pretty sure those were compliments.

I would rate myself pretty high as a kissing recipient lol. I am passive and accepting his kissing most of the time. Though sometimes I will get frisky and climb on him and kiss his neck or shoulder a bunch of times quickly, those are more cute and affectionate than being long thorough passionate kisses.
